Owners may opt to manage the property personally or to be managed by us
Rental Yield Collection & Distribution
The properties are to be leased and managed by appointed property management company for maximum rental yield.
All rental income collected from the properties are payable directly to a joint management account.
Rental income received will be distributed proportionally to all the owners of the properties.
